ORDER POLICY
You can order on line all our products for up to the delivery dates published. Prices of flowers are subject to market variations. You may also call 1 800 383 4959 and order on the phone for current or future dates not yet published online and get prices fixed your future date of delivery. A service charge will apply on all phone orders.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 10% service charge for all cancellations after an order has been processed online or by phone. The cancellation charge will not apply if order is rescheduled, at least 4 business days before the initial day of delivery.

Cancellations can only be accepted up to 4 business days before original delivery date, after this product will be delivered as ordered. There are no exceptions to Farms To Go .com cancellation policy.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Farms To Go .com will not distribute your private information to anyone for any reason. Your private information will not be used for any purpose other than to process your orders. Our site is certified by Bank of America to ensure a secure site.

If you identify a problem with your order at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately by calling 1 800 383 4959 or our customer service on-line at www.farmstogo.com or by e-mail to orders@farmstogo.com.

We do not accept any Buyer’s remorse claims do to perishable nature of product.

If you have a claim, and receive an RMA, your items must be returned upon request no later than 24 hours after receipt. The full contents of box must be returned in the same packing condition it was shipped. Digital pictures of problems should be taken when possible. In some cases, we may accept pictures to waive return of product.

FarmsToGo.com reserves the rights to inspect all disputed orders. Upon approval of your claim, we will process your credit. A replacement item will be shipped at no charge. Same item replacement only. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full credit. FarmsToGo.com is not liable for customer errors during the ordering process. In this shopping cart checkout process, you are shown a complete summary of your order before it is submitted. You are also given the option to remove items or change the quantity ordered. No refunds will be given in these cases.

We make every effort to provide the exact flower you order. On rare occasions, seasonal and regional conditions prevent the availability of an exact flower. In these cases, we may substitute similar flowers of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color originally ordered. Any how do to the agricultural nature of product, FarmsToGo.com reserves the right to replace a variety or color ordered that may not become available at the time of shipping, with one of the same or similar color shade. If your needs can not accept any change, you must state so in your order comments and if not exactly available, customer service will inform and product will not be shipped.

FarmsToGo.com will not be held liable for any inconvenience generated by the non availability of the product.
We ship FedEx International Priority directly from the farm to ensure freshness. FarmsToGo.com 'DELIVERS' a fresh cut flower within 48 hours of its harvest.

Make sure you are there to sign and receive the order. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. Do to the perishable nature of the product, if a customer signature waiver is used, guarantee or any further credit will be voided. Failed delivery attempts due to customer will void any guarantee granted on product. FarmsToGo.com is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds in this case.

FarmsToGo.com is not responsible for time span between items being delivered and customer possession of item. We will not issue refunds where delivery was accepted at the delivery location, but the recipient for some reason did not get the flowers. An example of this would be a delivery to the recipient's job while they are out of town for the week. We are not responsible for deliveries that could not be made due to inaccurate information given such as a bad business or home address. FarmsToGo.com will not assume responsibility for any transportation delays, late deliveries or damage to the product during delivery. No claims on freight charges will be refunded if your flowers arrive within 48 hours of shipping. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a cause for rejecting the entire order. We are not responsible if you, the recipient mishandle the flowers. Proper care instructions are included in your package as a courtesy. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to handle the flowers. After expiry of the terms mentioned above Customer is deemed to have approved the products as delivered and satisfactory.

All Our prices include FedEx Priority International Delivery Charges that are “NON-REFUNDABLE” we will replace product or refund for product costs but will not pay for replacement delivery charges of refund delivery charges.

OUR DELIVERY.

Farms To Go .com uses FedEx International Priority Overnight Services. Prices included delivery charges. There is a $15.00 surcharge per package for Saturday deliveries and deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Overnight services does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

In tracking your order you will find that the expected delivery date is 24 Hours later than your ordered date, this situation arouses from the Agriculture and Customs Clearance times standard in the FedEx system. Even though most shipments are delivered inside the 24 hour time frame, in ordering you must allow for 24 hour delays that FedEx will not honor as claims. Any delay further than this time frame will be honored as a claim by FedEx and we will issue immediate refund. You must not take delivery of delayed products or your claim will not be honored. If boxes are left with no signature receipt you must call 1800GOFEDEX immediately to claim this delivery.

Do to the perishable nature of our products FarmsToGo.com or FedEx can not take any responsibility for deliveries that can not be made do to bad weather conditions. If a situation like this should happen and product is lost, we will offer a 30% discount on your replacement order to help compensate your losses.

Large orders can be delivered using airline cargo services with substantial reductions in your product costs. For major airport airline deliveries please contact us at 1 800 383 4959.

Even though our system has confirmed your order in dealing with agricultural products and international deliveries there is a chance an order may not be filled. Farms To Go.com will only credit the amount of the undelivered order and will not be held liable for any inconveniences arousing from these events.
