Understandings and Regulations on the Flower Farms To Go.com Standing Order Program:
By establishing a Standing Order Agreement with Flower Farms To Go .com our customers acknowledge and accept all rules and regulations of the Standing Order Program and all Company policies.
Customers credit card will be charged the set standing Order Price at least two business days before each scheduled shipment.
A three-week notice is required for any cancellation of a standard order and Flower Farms To Go reserves the right to reestablish it under the same conditions.
On certain dates Fedex may restrict or not offer delivery for your scheduled orders, Flower Farms To Go reserves the right to reschedule delivery on the nearest available date.
CANCELATION POLICY If a standing order is cancelled before 50 % of its one year commitment period is over, a penalty equivalent to the price difference between the Open Market and the Standing Order price for the number of orders shipped up to date, will be charged to your credit card. If the cancellation is done after 50 % of the period is over we will only charge 50% of this penalty. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.
All other terms adjust to our company’s policies
Standing Orders at Flower Farms To Go are designed to make
you product sourcing easier not to overwhelm your business
with unneeded inventory. In this program you will determine
the regular period on which you will like to receive your
standing order product (weekly, every other week, every three
weeks) only committing to receive 12 times a year orders on
non holiday weeks (Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas)
so you have the possibility to move your orders to really
satisfy your product needs. To change your schedule you will
only need to e-mail us with a five day prior to scheduled
shipments notice as to when you will like to move your standing
order shipment. Remember the program is made to meet your
requirements so just observe holiday weeks and get great farm
fresh product to your door step easily and reliably.
To your commitment, Flower Farms To Go.com will give a very attractive price and the assurance that your product will be delivered on the exact date you planned. You will receive your orders during the key holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) at exactly the same price. For weekly scheduled orders you could even receive two or three orders during holiday season. No changes on Standing Order Schedules will be accepted during Valentine’s Day from January 29th to February 16th.
In our standing order program customers are entitled to a first right of refusal on promotions, new products.
